How To Get in Contact

**THIS IS THE PREFERRED METHOD OF CONTACT** Include as much information and detail as possible. The less I have to ask you, the quicker you will be able to get an appointment.

If you call, please leave a voicemail and/or send a text describing the reason for your call. At a bare minimum please include your name, the year make and model of your car and your contact info. If you simply text "hey what's up" or "can you fix my car" or leave a voicemail of "hey call me back!", it is very likely that your call, or text, will not be returned. Also, do not assume your number will be saved in my contacts or that you are the only guy with " the white 2015 STI ". Name, year and model and preferably a list of mods. The more information the better!

This used to be a preferred method of contact, however, moving forward email is going to be more efficient. Yes, you can still DM me and I will most likely be able to get back to you within a reasonable time. DO NOT HESITATE to message more than once! As the day goes by your message quickly moves further and further down my list and it will likely go unseen without follow up.  You are not being ignored, we simply have not yet gotten to your message and it has likely moved far down in the queue. The way IG and FB DMs work makes it easy for your message to move down quickly even though you sent it recently, this is one of the reasons we are now using email as the preferred contact method. 

APPOINTMENTS ONLY

• • For most appointments (most parts installs and anything requiring Dyno time) please be advised that this will not be a same-day turn around time. 

  • The most efficient way to schedule parts installs and Dyno calibrations is to drop the vehicle off  the  at 5pm and pick up the following evening (of course this will depend on the car and the parts installed. This is an example of the fastest possible turn around time. It is likely your turn around time could be longer.) 

  • No project will be rushed. Plan ahead. If you know you are wanting to get something scheduled, contact us in advance.

  • As of right now, we can usually get appointments booked with 1-5 day notice. 

  • Anything requiring parts purchases will likely need to have the parts ordered. We do keep an inventory of build parts, and are working on expanding this inventory as we continue to grow. 

  • Feel free to ask us about ordering times and pricing. We have a handful of distributors and can usually get most common parts in about 2 days.
